Lecture given by an experienced diplomat
On December 5, 2022, a lecture was held with the representatives of OSCE Centre in Ashgabat at the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan. The students and lecturers of the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan and International University of Humanity and development attended this lecture.
During the lecture Ambassador, John Macgregor, Head of the OSCE in Ashgabat gave a lecture for the participants. The theme of the lecture devoted to “15 year – a personal reflection on OSCE’s capacity for early warning, conflict prevention and resolution” as well as it was noted the cooperation between Turkmenistan and OSCE Centre, its three dimensions within the framework of Centre and further plans of interaction, its role in the world society and some related issues were considered to be discussed during the lecture. The issues, touched upon on above topic were of importance for the participants of this lecture.
At the end of the lecture, the participants exchanged interesting questions and ideas with each other.
