Graduated from the Faculty of English language and literature of the Armavir State Pedagogical Academy (linguistics) in 2015 , Master's degree at Turkmen National Institute of World Languages named after D.Azadi (foreign language teaching methods) in 2021 and master’s degree at The Academy of State Service under the President of Turkmenistan (public administration) in 2024. Since 2024, he has been working as an English language instructor at the Department of World Languages at the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan.
