Online consultancy belonged to United Nations Day
On October 24, 2023, a video conference was held on the occasion of the UN Day in the organization of the “Ahalteke Horses – Ambassadors of Peace” UNESCO Club of the International Equestrian Academy named after Aba Annayev.
UNESCO clubs and departments operating in higher educational institutions of the country, including members of the UNESCO club “Civilization of Peace” established on the basis of the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan participated in the online consultation. Speakers during the conference spoke about the special importance of Turkmenistan’s cooperation with the United Nations and UNESCO in achieving peace and stability. Aygozel Ashirova, a teacher of the Department of the International Relations and Diplomacy of our institute, spoke at the meeting and mentioned the purpose and activities of the Culture of Peace Club.
As we know, since 1947, UN Day is celebrated every year on October 24. Our independent and eternally neutral Turkmenistan has been an active member of this prestigious organization since March 2, 1992.
