PRODUCTIVE MEETING WAS HELD
On November 6, 2026, a meeting was held at the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan between Gulshat Yusupova, Rector of the Institute, and Mr. Ijisu Satoshi, Deputy Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Japan to Turkmenistan.
During the meeting, the parties discussed the prospects of introducing and expanding Japanese language instruction at the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan, as well as exchanged views on the future development of bilateral cooperation.
Following the meeting, the distinguished guest was introduced to the Museum of the History of Turkmen Diplomacy, the institute’s training studio, and the UNESCO Club “Culture of Peace”. The tour left a positive impression on the guest. This event marked an important step in strengthening friendly relations and exchanging diplomatic experience between two countries.
