ECOLOGICAL FORUM “LET'S SAVE NATURE TOGETHER!” TOOK PLACE
On July 6, 2026, an ecological forum titled “Let's Save Nature Together!” was held at the Turkmen Agricultural Institute in the city of Dashoguz. The event was organized jointly by the Secretariat of the National Commission of Turkmenistan for UNESCO, the Ministry of Education of Turkmenistan, and the Turkmen Agricultural Institute.
The forum was attended by Chinar Rustemova, Executive Secretary of the National Commission of Turkmenistan for UNESCO, and Dovlet Yolov, Rector of the Turkmen Agricultural Institute, as well as representatives of departments, clubs, and UNESCO Associated Schools of our country.
The event commenced with an exhibition titled “Save Nature Together!”. At the solemn opening ceremony of the conference, Aygozel Ovezova, Senior Lecturer of the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan and the Chairman of the UNESCO club “Culture of Peace” made a speech.
In addition, within the framework of the forum, representatives from various higher educational institutions of the country delivered interesting reports dedicated to important areas such as environmental protection, the formation of ecological culture, and the implementation of Sustainable Development Goals.
The forum made a significant contribution to promoting environmental protection and fostering ecological responsibility.
