SEMINAR DEDICATED TO ROAD SAFETY
On September 30, 2026, the Department of Peace and Neutrality of the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan organized an educational seminar titled “Compliance with Road Traffic Rules - A Guarantee of Personal Safety” as part of the nationwide campaign titled “Road Traffic Safety is Life Safety”. The session was conducted by Nurberdi Amanmyradov, Senior Lecturer at the Department and Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan.
During the seminar, students were informed about the importance of displaying patience on the roads, showing respect to other road users, and strictly adhering to traffic regulations. It was also emphasized that in independent, neutral Turkmenistan, continuous care is taken for the health and safety of the population, and that annual road safety awareness campaigns and educational sessions are of paramount importance.
At the end of the session, students’questions regarding road safety was answered, and they actively exchanged their opinions.
