A TRAINING SESSION FOR STUDENTS WAS HELD
On April 20, 2026, a training session entitled “The Art of Public Speaking in Promoting Economic and Environmental Issues” was held at Magtymguly Turkmen State University, organized by the Centre in Ashgabat of the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE).
The training session was attended by students and teachers from the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan, the International University for the Humanities and Development, Magtymguly Turkmen State University, the Turkmen State Institute of Finance, and the Turkmen State Institute of Economics and Management.
The main purpose of this training seminar was to improve the public speaking skills of the youth. During the training session, students listened to an international expert's presentation on the art of public speaking regarding economic and environmental issues. In the practical part of the training, the students delivered speeches on various economic and environmental topics.
Over the course of the training session, students demonstrated their ability to freely express their thoughts in Russian and gained practical experience in the art of public speaking.
