A LESSON WAS HELD AT THE “YASHLYK” CHILDREN’S HEALTH CAMP
On June 17, 2025, active members of the UNESCO Club “Culture of Peace” of the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan organized a lesson at the “Yashlyk” children’s health camp, located in Gokdere.
During the lesson, members of the UNESCO club spoke about Turkmenistan’s extensive cooperation with UNESCO, the largest international organization and highlighted its various activities within the country. This provided the children at the camp with a wealth of interesting information about UNESCO and its global significance. Within the participating children, the interactive question-and-answer segment greatly enhanced the lesson’s effectiveness.
It should be noted that the creative team of the educational studio of the National School of Diplomacy of Turkmenistan met with children who enjoyed spending time in this beautiful area of Gekdere. They recorded their sincere emotions for broadcast. This was a unique and enriching experience for the students pursuing journalism, significantly enhancing their current internship.
The UNESCO Club “Culture of Peace” regularly organizes such important events. These initiatives are crucial for promoting cooperation between Turkmenistan and UNESCO in various fields.
