Conference dedicated to the poem by esteemed President “My Homeland, Turkmenistan”
On January 5, 2022, the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan hosted a conference dedicated to the new poem “My Homeland, Turkmenistan” by the esteemed President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov. The meeting was attended by Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan, Minister of Foreign Affairs Rashid Meredov, Executive Secretary of the National Commission for UNESCO of Turkmenistan Chynar Rustemova, Rector of the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan Jumamyrat Gurbangeldiyev, Director of the Institute of Law and Democracy Yagmyr Nuriyev as well as the faculty and students of the Institute.
Speakers at the conference noted that the poem “My Homeland, Turkmenistan”, which was presented to the people by our esteemed President during the first days of the new year 2022, the slogan of which is “Epoch of the People with Arkadag”, made the people happy. The participants noted that the country has made great strides in the year “Turkmenistan – Homeland of Peace and Trust”, which was also emphasized in the New Year’s congratulations by the President of Turkmenistan and said that we have started the new year with high hopes and great goals.
The speakers also emphasized that our Arkadag attaches great importance to our national, cultural and spiritual features and creativity and addresses the task of building a perfect society as a result of industrialization, digitalization and prosperity, by developing the country through diversification.
The participants noted that the poem “My Homeland, Turkmenistan” inspired the people of our country to future successes and stressed the creative books and poems by the President, and wished him long life, strong health and success in his state affairs.
