The conference held under the title "The role of women in science" on the occasion of International Women's Day
On March 7, 2024, on the occasion of International Women’s Day, a conference “The Role of Women in Science” was held with the participation of members of the UNESCO Club “Culture of Peace” of the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan. At the conference, speakers congratulated its participants and all women on International Women's Day, which is celebrated annually throughout the world, and noted the achievements of Turkmen women in diplomacy and their contribution to the honor of our country. They also emphasized the opportunity created for women in the country to epngage in science and education under the wise leadership of the Esteemed President.
As you know, UNESCO widely celebrates International Women’s Day on March 8 and “International Women in Science Day” on February 11 every year.
