An Effective Scientific Seminar
On April 9, 2025, a scientific seminar and a demonstrative class were held at
the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of
Turkmenistan, organized by the Department of Social Sciences. The seminar was
dedicated to the “International Year of Peace and Trust” on the theme “The
Experience of Neutral Turkmenistan in Developing International Cultural and
Humanitarian Relations: Cooperation with UNESCO.”
The seminar brought together professors and students of the national school of
Turkmen diplomacy. It was moderated by Dilber Hekimova, a lecturer at the
Department of Social Sciences.
The seminar continued its work with the presentations by Aygozel Ovezova, a
senior lecturer at the Department of World Languages of the Institute of International
Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan, as well as Serdar
Yazjumayev, a first-year student of the Faculty of International Journalism, Dovletyar
Archamyradov, a fourth-year student of the Faculty of International Relations and
Medine Yusupova, a first-year student of the Faculty of International Economic
Relations.
The speakers highlighted the well thought out of Neutrality policy pursued by
Turkmenistan in foreign affairs and emphasized the country’s efforts to strengthen
peace, friendship, and harmony throughout the world. They also noted commitment of
Turkmenistan to continuing such initiatives in the future.
The scientific seminar and demonstrative class, held in such an engaging
atmosphere, stood out for their effectiveness.
