The online lesson
On June 21, 2021, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to the Swiss Confederation Atageldi Haldjanov held an online lesson for students of the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan. This online lesson is a part of series of online courses organized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan to further enhance the knowledge of the students of the Institute of International Relations related to the diplomatic relations with the two countries.
The Ambassador spoke about the role of the Swiss policy of neutrality in international relations. The speaker told about the history and current state of cooperation between the two countries. Aspecial emphasis was placed on issues of cooperation between Turkmenistan and the Swiss Confederation in such areas as fuel, energy, trade, economic and humanitarian spheres, agriculture, sports, tourism and others.
At the end of the online lesson, the students asked several questions and exchanged views on the development of the diplomatic relations and beneficial cooperation between the two countries. This online lesson was effective and interesting for our students.
