Training Session on Circular Economy has been held
On May 5-6, 2026, a training session entitled “Development of the Circular Economy” was held at the Turkmen State Institute of Finance, organized by the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe Centre in Ashgabat (OSCE).
Students and lecturers from Magtymguly Turkmen State University, the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan, the Turkmen State Institute of Economics and Management, the International University for the Humanities and Development, as well as the Turkmen State Institute of Finance took part in the session.
The main objective of the training was to improve the circular economy knowledge of young people and to introduce international experience in this area. During the session, international experts’ delivered presentations on the circular economy, its key concepts, approaches, and business models.
At the end of the session, students asked questions on topics of their interest and received answers. The training was an important initiative in enriching the knowledge of youth in the fields of economics and sustainable development.
