A WEBINAR WAS HELD
On June 23, 2025, a webinar was held at the Institute of International Relations
of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan, which highlighted the role of
youth in ongoing efforts related to commemorate the 30th anniversary of permanent
Neutrality of Turkmenistan, as well as the declaration of 2025 by the UN General
Assembly as the “Year of International Peace Trust.”
The students of the Institute, as well as students and teachers attended the
webinar from various higher educational institutions and secondary vocational
schools of Turkmenistan, connecting through a digital system.
During the webinar, Rahim Byashimov, Senior Lecturer at the Department of
International Economic Relations of the Institute of International Relations of the
Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan, delivered a speech titled “International
Cooperation of the World Trade Organization.”
The speech of R. Byashimov delved into the specifics of economic reforms in
Turkmenistan, which are guided by recognized norms of international law. He also
discussed trends in the development of the world economy, Turkmenistan’s
significant role in this area, the rapid adoption of digital technologies, and ongoing
efforts to modernize the country’s economic sectors based on market relations.
