Handover Ceremony
On July 8, 2021, handover ceremony of the Certificates of Excellence was held, devoted to the graduates of the Training center of the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan aimed at the preparation of administrative and technical workers for the diplomatic service of Turkmenistan, the Training center prepares specialist who completed short-term courses in the following areas: “ Business administration”, “ Diplomatic mail and correspondence”. It was attended by the professors and lecturers of the Institute of International Relations and graduates of the Training center. At the ceremony, GulshatYusupova, Vice-rector of the Institute, congratulated the graduates and wished them great success in various fields of the national economy. Ogulgurban Ezimova, Head of the Department of Social Sciences, Candidate of Philosophy, and Bazar Mesov, Senior lecturer of Department of International Economic Relations, delivered congratulatory speeches during the ceremony. At the end of the ceremony, the graduates expressed deep gratitude to the lecturers.
