A scientific and creative online conference was held
On October 14, 2024, a scientific and creative online conference on the topic “Turkmenistan – UNESCO: priorities for the protection of historical and natural monuments” was held at the organization of the UNESCO Department “Cultural Heritage: From Past to Future” of the Magtymguly Turkmen State University. The online conference was attended by the teachers, students and members of the UNESCO clubs of the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan, International Horse Breeding Academy named after Aba Annaev, Turkmen State Medical University named after Myrat Garryev, Turkmen agricultural institute, Dovletmammet Azadi Turkmen National Institute of World Languages.
During the conference, professors and experts spoke and discussed issues such as the preservation of historical and natural heritage, biodiversity and natural reserves, and the role of the Turkmen carpet in the world culture.
At the end of the conference, the participants expressed gratitude to the National Leader of the Turkmen people, Hero-Arkadag and our esteemed President, who are leading our country to the highest levels of development.
