EDUCATIONAL AND METHODOLOGICAL CONSULTATION HELD
In order to fulfill the tasks outlined in the "Procedure for Holding Educational
and Methodological Conferences and Seminars in 2025 to Improve Understanding
of International Scientific and Technical Information Resources (Platforms),
Publication of Articles in Journals Indexed in Them, and Various Bibliometric
Indicators, as well as to Improve Ongoing Efforts to Include Higher Educational
Institutions of Our Country in Prestigious International Rankings," approved by the
Ministry of Education of Turkmenistan on March 11, 2025, a video conference on
the topic "Methodology for Preparing Scientific Articles in the IMRAD Structure
According to the Requirements of International Scientific Journals" was held on
January 24, 2025, at the Aba Annaev International Horse Breeding Academy, as
part of the planned activities.
The conference was attended by teachers from higher and secondary
vocational educational institutions across our country, as well as participants from
the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of
Turkmenistan via digital video communication. The aim of the conference was to
develop the skills of teachers, researchers, young scientists, and specialists in
preparing and publishing articles for international scientific journals, and to
emphasize the importance of structuring scientific articles using the IMRAD
framework.
IMRAD is an abbreviation for "Introduction, Methods, Results, and
Discussion," and is a widely used empirical research structure for scientific
articles.
At the end of the conference, participants asked questions of interest, and
experts provided corresponding answers.
