Methodological Training Seminar Was Held
On February 12, 2025, the Turkmen State Institute of Architecture and Construction organized a training-methodological seminar through a videoconference on the topic "Basic Rules for Publishing Articles in Journals Indexed in International Scientific and Technical Information Sources."
The seminar was attended online by representatives of higher and secondary vocational educational institutions of Turkmenistan, as well as faculty members of the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan. The seminar was conducted by Ahmet Penjiyev, Associate Professor of the Department of Production Automation of the Turkmen State Institute of Architecture and Construction.
During the seminar, the expert emphasized that state support for the development of science in Turkmenistan is continuously increasing. He highlighted the creation of necessary conditions for conducting fundamental and applied scientific research, expanding advanced developments, and strengthening the material and technical base of scientific institutions and higher educational establishments. He also noted the implementation of the latest information and communication technologies in scientific work and the development of the science sector in accordance with global standards, supported by legislative and material infrastructure improvements.
Furthermore, he underscored the importance of not only publishing research in national scientific journals but also regularly publishing articles in internationally indexed scientific journals. The expert shared his experience in this area.
Additionally, participants had the opportunity to ask the expert questions regarding the main rules for publishing articles in indexed journals through the digital platform.
