A TRAINING COURSE WITH THE PARTICIPATION OF THE HEAD OF THE OSCE CENTRE IN ASHGABAT
On May 21, 2025, a training course on the structure, functioning of
the OSCE and the 1975 Helsinki Final Act was held at the Institute of
International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of
Turkmenistan with the participation of John McGregor, Chairman of the
Ashgabat Center of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in
Europe. Professors and students of our institute participated in it.
The 1975 Helsinki Final Act was adopted at the Conference on
Security and Cooperation in Europe held in Helsinki, Finland, in 1975.
This document contributed to establishing cooperation among the states
participating in the conference.
The training course left a positive impression on the students, who
received answers to their questions and showed great interest throughout.
