An online conference on «Cybersecurity Strategies» was held
On June 16, 2025, an online conference entitled «Cybersecurity Strategies»
was held by the Department of Innovative Information Security Technologies of
the Institute of Telecommunications and Informatics. The event was organized in
accordance with the 2025 plan of conferences on digital education, digital
economy, and cybersecurity, approved by the Ministry of Education of
Turkmenistan. The primary aim of the event was to disseminate advanced practices
in information technologies and cybersecurity across higher and secondary
vocational education institutions in Turkmenistan.
During the conference, a head of the Department of Computer Sciences of
the Institute of Telecommunications and Informatics, Oguljan Shyhyyeva, and a
head of the Department of Innovative Information Security Technologies, Myrat
Atayev, delivered presentations.
In addition to participants from Turkmenistan’s higher and secondary
education institutions, the conference was also attended by responsible educators
and specialists from the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of
Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan through the digital network. Through a question-
and-answer format, participants exchanged ideas and enhanced their knowledge in
the field of digital education, digital economy and cybersecurity.
