ONLINE SEMINAR HELD ON “ELECTRONIC DIGITAL SIGNATURE”
On March 27, 2026, an online training seminar titled “Electronic Digital Signature – Reliable Protection” was held at the Turkmen State Institute of Architecture and Construction. The event included participation from teachers and specialists from the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan, as well as various higher and secondary vocational schools across the country.
During the online seminar, Aynabat Amanova, a lecturer from the Department of Computer Technology and Systems at the Turkmen State Institute of Architecture and Construction, delivered a presentation. In her speech, she highlighted the history of the electronic digital signature, its implementation in the modern era, and its key features.
The impact of the seminar was further enhanced by an interactive Q&A session among the participants.
