MEETING WITH THE DIRECTOR OF THE DIPLOMATIC INSTITUTE OF THE MINISTRY OF FOREIGN AFFAIRS OF THE STATE OF QATAR
On May 13, 2025, a meeting was held at the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan between the Rector of the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan Gulshat Yusupova and the Director of the Diplomatic Institute of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the State of Qatar Mr. Abdulaziz bin Mohammed Al-Horr, who was visiting Turkmenistan to participate in the International Scientific-Practical Conference entitled “Foreign Policy and Diplomacy of Turkmenistan: Cooperation for the Sake of Peace, Safety and Sustainable Development”.
At the meeting, the Rector of the institute G.Yusupova gave a speech in which she emphasized the priority areas of bilateral cooperation between Turkmenistan and the State of Qatar, particularly focusing on the collaboration in the fields of science and education.
During the meeting, both sides discussed several proposals aimed at further strengthening cooperation between the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan and the Diplomatic Institute of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the State of Qatar.
At the conclusion of the meeting, the Roadmap for 2025 for the implementation of the Memorandum was signed between the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan and the Diplomatic Institute of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the State of Qatar, with the aim of further enhancing bilateral cooperation.
Organizing such regular meetings serve as an important platform for promoting mutual exchange of experience and for enhancing scientific and educational collaboration between the two friendly countries.
