New Partnership in the Strategic Сenter
On April 13, 2022, a video conference was held at the Center for Strategic Studies of the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan together with the Institute of Development and Diplomacy of the Azerbaijan Diplomatic Academy of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
Shiri Shiriyev, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary, Allaberdi Niyazov, researcher of the Center for Strategic Studies of the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan, Nargiza Ismailovna, director of the Institute of Development and Diplomacy of the Azerbaijan Diplomatic Academy of the Republic of Azerbaijan delivered their introductory speeches.
During the video conference, the parties underlined that new way in relations between the two higher educational institutions opens up great opportunities for the development of the Center for Strategic Studies. The parties exchanged views on the activities of the Center and its future conceptual tasks, as well as exchange the mutual information, scientific materials, holding scientific conferences, seminars, arranging round table discussions, also the joint meetings, and other events are of great importance in exchanging experiences in strengthening and promoting stability in the regions.
At the end of the video conference, the parties thanked each other for the successful and mutual relationship between the two parties and expressed the best wishes in implementing further activities of both higher educational institutions. The parties aslo expressed their gratitude to the Embassy of Turkmenistan in Baku, for organizing such online conference.
