70th anniversary of master diplomat
On May 4, 2024, at the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan, a ceremony was held in honor of the 70th anniversary of Chynar Rustemova, the Hero and Master Diplomat of Turkmenistan, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan, Responsible Secretary of the National Committee of Turkmenistan on the Affairs of the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO). Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan Rashid Meredov, Executive Director of the Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov Charity Fund for Supporting Children in Need, Rejep Bazarov, the diplomatic workers of the country, as well as professors and students of our institute participated in the event.
During the ceremony, the speakers congratulated Chynar Rustemova on her 70th anniversary. The diplomat was presented with gifts on behalf of the President of Turkmenistan, the Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan and Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan.
