A SEMINAR WAS HELD ENTITLED "INTERNATIONAL HUMANITARIAN LAW - THE GUARDIAN OF PEACE"
On May 8, 2025, a seminar entitled "International Humanitarian Law - the Guardian of Peace" was held at the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan. The seminar was organized by the National Red Crescent Society of Turkmenistan as part of the project "Supporting the Auxiliary Role of the National Society in Humanitarian Work", and was dedicated to the International Day of the Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement. Students and postgraduates of the Institute took part in the seminar.
During the seminar, representatives of the National Red Crescent Society of Turkmenistan delivered special presentations and showed videos dedicated to the International Day of the Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement.
At the end of the seminar, students and postgraduates participated in a question and answer session focused on the fundamental principles of the International Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement. Participants who distinguished themselves received special gifts in recognition of their active involvement.
