The Role of Cultural Diplomacy in International Relations
On November 3, 2021, a seminar was held on the topic "The Role of Cultural Diplomacy in International Relations" with the participation of active members of the primary women's organizations of the Turkmen National Conservatory named after Mai Kuliyeva and the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan. During the seminar, the speakers noted the positive aspects of cultural ties set forth in the books of the esteemed President "Turkmen Culture", "Turkmenistan – Home of Neutrality", "Independence is our happiness". It is possible to study the ancient traditions of the Turkmen people through culture. Here, both tangible and intangible cultural values of mankind occupy a special place. In particular, the importance of including the dance "Kushtdepdi" in the list of the intangible cultural heritage of humanity of the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) was emphasized. At the end of the training seminar, the participants expressed their gratitude to the Hero-Arkadag for his immense contribution to the expansion of cultural ties.
