VISIT TO THE “HALK HAKYDASY” MEMORIAL COMPLEX
On May 1, 2026, on the joint initiative of the “Payhas and Parasat” scientific group operating under the Department of Social Sciences of the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan and the First Youth Organization of the Institute, an excursion to the “Halk hakydasy” Memorial Complex was organized. The instructors of the institute and the students took part in it.
During the visit, the participants closely observed the memorials dedicated to the memory of the heroes who sacrificed their lives for the Motherland, those who perished in the Great Patriotic War of 1941-1945, and the victims of the Ashgabat earthquake of October 6, 1948. The visitors also visited the “Watan mukaddesligi” museum, located within the “Halk hakydasy” Memorial Complex.
In the course of the visit, the participants got acquainted with the memorials dedicated to our great personalities who sacrificed their lives for peace in our Motherland and the unity of our people, and they learned about interesting stories about their glorious past and heroic deeds. This, in turn, played an important role in fostering patriotism and strengthening spiritual and moral values among the students.
