Online Seminar on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Held at the Institute of International Relations
An online training seminar on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) was held on December 14, 2024, at the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan. The event was organized by the International University for Humanities and Development and was approved by the Ministry of Education of Turkmenistan, brought together managers, teachers, and students of higher educational institutions across the country.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are essential metrics that help organizations measure their success in achieving set goals. KPIs are used to track progress, assess effectiveness, and make informed decisions in various sectors, including management, education, and business. The seminar aimed to familiarize participants with the practical application of KPIs, especially in the context of management work.
Throughout the seminar, participants shared valuable insight into leveraging modern software tools to implement and manage KPIs effectively. Educators and students actively engaged in discussions on integrating KPIs into a management model that supports organizational growth and efficiency.
During the online seminar, the participants gained in-depth detailed knowledge about KPIs, determined methods for their effective application in management work, as well exchanged questions and answers.
