TRAINING SESSIONS ON SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT GOALS HAVE BEEN HELD
On February 6, 2024, in accordance with the agreed curriculum for the 2023-2024 academic year, consecutive round of training session on Sustainable Development Goals has been held at the Scientific and Methodological Center for Sustainable Development Goals of the Institute of International Affairs of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan in cooperation with the United Nations Office in Ashgabat. During the training sessions, representatives of the United Nations Office in Ashgabat delivered speeches on the Sustainable Development Goals.
Representatives of higher educational establishments of Turkmenistan located in the cities of Ashgabat and Arkadag took part in the training sessions. During the sessions, the importance of ensuring a healthy life and well-being, responsible consumption and production, gender equality, cooperation with international organizations of Turkmenistan in the field of sustainable development and their importance were discussed.
