Training-Methodological Seminar "Various Bibliometric Indicators"
On March 13, 2025, an online training-methodological seminar on the topic "Various Bibliometric Indicators (Hirsch Index, Impact Factor, and Other Bibliometric Indicators)" was held at the Turkmen State Institute of Architecture and Construction. The seminar was attended online by professors and lecturers from higher educational institutions of the country, including the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan.
The training-methodological seminar, organized by the Turkmen State Institute of Architecture and Construction, was based on the objectives outlined in the Order of the Ministry of Education of Turkmenistan, approved on January 24, 2025. This order focuses on improving the work carried out to include the country's higher educational institutions in prestigious international rankings. Within this framework, it emphasizes conducting training-methodological seminars throughout 2025 to enhance understanding of international scientific-technical information platforms, the publication of articles in indexed journals, and various bibliometric indicators. This initiative aligns with the national program’s core goal of bringing the national education system up to international standards.
The regular organization of such training-methodological seminars contributes to enhancing the professional qualifications of educators and facilitates the practical implementation of scientific achievements in this field.
