SPECIAL LESSON FOR SCHOOLCHILDREN MARKS WORLD CHILDREN'S DAY AND INTERNATIONAL NEUTRALITY DAY
On November 20, 2025, a joint educational session was held for the schoolchildren of the Specialized Secondary School No. 68 named after Annaniyaz Artyk. The Council of Young Scientists, the Young Lawyers scientific club and the Young Diplomats scientific club of the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan organized the session which was dedicated to two significant dates: World Children's Day, celebrated globally every year on November 20, and the forthcoming 30th anniversary of permanent neutrality of Turkmenistan.
During the event, active students and members of the clubs delivered detailed presentations, supplemented by videos that highlighted the importance of World Children’s Day. They also emphasized the resolution adopted in 1954 by the UN General Assembly and explained the core objectives of its annual celebration.
The schoolchildren were engaged by presentations focusing on the significance of the International Year of Peace and Trust, the inherent value of Turkmenistan’s status of permanent neutrality, and the defining characteristics of the Turkmen model of neutrality.
The students demonstrated keen interest throughout the presentations, and the class concluded with a lively question-and-answer segment. Schoolchildren who answered the questions correctly were awarded gifts. This special lesson was highly impactful and left a positive impression on both the participating schoolchildren and the students involved.
