A lesson for students on the occasion of World Refugee Day was held
On June 20, 2023, a training session was held at the International University for Humanities and Development on the occasion of World Refugee Day. Students and teachers of the International University for Humanities and Development, State University named after Magtymguly, Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan participated in this training course. Also, representatives of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) conducted the lesson in English. During the lesson, Sergey Gayna and Balzhan Oshakbaeva gave an insight into refugees and explained their rights, freedoms and the work being done for refugees in the world through presentations and videos. Participators changed questions with each other and gifts were given to students who actively participated. In our turn, we should pay attention to humanitarian aid, our communication with them, we should improve ourselves.
