MEETING WAS HELD WITH THE RECTOR OF ASTRAKHAN STATE UNIVERSITY
On March 31, 2026, a meeting was held between Igor Alekseyev, Rector of V.N. Tatishchev Astrakhan State University of the Russian Federation, and Gulshat Yusupova, Rector of the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan.
During the meeting, the parties discussed issues related to the development of cooperation in the field of higher education, exchange of experience among students and teachers, as well as conducting joint scientific research.
At the end of the meeting, a tour of the Museum of the History of Turkmen Diplomacy was organized for the guests. During the tour, members of the delegation became acquainted with the institute’s history, its achievements, and the activities currently being carried out.
The results of the meeting had a positive impact on the development of academic cooperation between the two higher education institutions.
