Elective Course on Economic Diplomacy
On December 11, 2024, regular session on Economic Diplomacy took place at the Training Center for Priority Areas of Diplomacy of Turkmenistan. The session was attended by students from the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan. The topic of the session was "Development of the Green Economy." The session was conducted by Annagulyev Tirkesh Atabaevich, the Chief Specialist of the Ministry of Finance and Economics of Turkmenistan.
During the session, the speaker highlighted the importance of usage environmentally friendly and energy-efficient equipment. He also spoke about the ongoing efforts in the field of ecological diplomacy, which is one of the priority areas of Turkmenistan’s policy, the transition to a "green" economy, the effective use of natural resources, and the development of environmentally friendly products.
At the end of the session, students asked questions of interest and received detailed answers.
