Youth forum
On July 30, a Youth forum dedicated to the World Day against Human Trafficking was held, which was organized by the US Agency for International Development USAID, the Eurasia Foundation, and the International Organization for Migration. Through the efforts of more than 60 participants and organizers, the forum contributed to the development of intelligent and comprehensively developed turkmen youth, among them invited experts from the CIS countries, representatives of ministries and departments of Turkmenistan, the media, the private and public sectors, as well as young people with an active social position.
The forum included a meaningful program. It reflects interesting contests, flash mobs, a bright talent show, as well as 6 sessions on various topics, such as ecology, entrepreneurship, volunteer movement and others.
Young SDG Ambassadors of Turkmenistan were lucky enough to speak at one of these sessions, among them was a student of the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan, Diyar Lomanov, who shared his experience in organizing the volunteer movement in Turkmenistan.
Thanking the organizers and participants, the representative of our institute emphasized the great importance of holding such events, which serve as platforms for activating the turkmen youth to exchange opinions and start a constructive dialogue.
At the end of the forum, the participants and organizers were awarded certificates, prizes and memorable gifts.
