A Video Conference Meeting Was Held
On July 31, 2025, a working meeting was held at the Ministry of Finance and Economy of Turkmenistan with the participation of representatives and a consultant from the Asian Development Bank to discuss matters related to Turkmenistan’s accession to the World Trade Organization. The working meeting, conducted via video conference, was attended by representatives of the relevant ministries and sectoral management bodies of the country, including faculty members of the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan.
During the meeting, discussions were held on the activation of the development of competitive systems in world markets as a priority in Turkmenistan’s accession to the World Trade Organization, as well as on the utilization of the generally accepted principles of trade and economic cooperation.
