AN INFORMATIONAL AND EXPLANATORY MEETING WAS HELD
On December 10, 2025, as part of the celebrations of the 30th anniversary of Permanent Neutrality of Turkmenistan and the New Year holidays, an informational and explanatory meeting was held at the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan. The meeting aimed at promoting a healthy lifestyle and national moral principles among the students of higher and secondary vocational schools, ensuring road safety and preventing the use of explosive devices and other means of self-defense. Representatives of the MagtymgulyYouth Organization of Turkmenistan, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Turkmenistan, the Democratic Party of Turkmenistan and a doctor from the Students’ Health Home of Ashgabat delivered speeches at the meeting.
The purpose of this meeting was to strengthen educational efforts among young people by providing guidance on the appropriate organization of New Year celebrations, encouraging abstinence from social vices, increasing legal knowledge and awareness of the health risks associated with bad habits and the dangers of explosives, preventing violations of the law, as well as widely disseminating the fundamental principles of the Turkmen statehood and national traditions.
The presentations specially emphasized the need for students to maintain appropriate conduct in public places and to abstain from bad habits throughout the national holiday period.
