GRADUATION CEREMONY WAS HELD FOR THE INSTITUTE'S GRADUATES
On June 13, 2026, a graduation ceremony was held at the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan. The event was attended by faculty members and students of the national school of Turkmen diplomacy, as well as the parents of the graduating students.
During the ceremony, professors, lecturers, and distinguished diplomats delivered congratulatory speeches, wishing the graduates success and prosperity in their future endeavors. The heartfelt remarks made by the graduates’ parents left a positive impression on all participants.
It is noteworthy that 18 graduates successfully completed their studies during the current academic year. Throughout the ceremony, graduates who earned Honors Diplomas, as well as those who demonstrated exemplary participation in public, political, cultural, and social activities, were awarded Certificates of Honor.
The screening of video presentations reflecting the graduates’ student years evoked sincere emotions and created a memorable atmosphere throughout the event.
As is well known, under the wise leadership of the esteemed President of Turkmenistan, large-scale reforms are being successfully implemented in the field of science and education. In this regard, the adoption of the “Strategy for the Development of Higher Professional Education in Turkmenistan for 2026 - 2052” deserves special attention. One of the primary objectives of the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan is to train highly qualified specialists capable of successfully implementing the country's peace-loving foreign policy and contributing significantly to the development of various sectors of the national economy. In this context, the graduation ceremony held at the Institute represented an event of considerable importance.
The ceremony was accompanied by vibrant musical and artistic performances. Renowned artists of the country, along with members of the Institute’s music and creative groups, performed songs glorifying the Motherland, the National Leader of the Turkmen people Hero Arkadag, and the Arkadagly Hero Serdar. During the event, words of gratitude were expressed to the National Leader and the esteemed President for their efforts in promoting initiatives of universal significance, enhancing the international prestige of the country, and creating favorable conditions for the education of highly qualified international specialists with profound knowledge and broad worldviews.
