A Lecture on Water Diplomacy was Held
On December 22, 2021, a training course was held at the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan entitled "The Legal Framework of Turkmenistan's Water Diplomacy." The Lecture, organized by Dr. Meredov Rejepgeldi, a member of the Committee on Environmental Protection, Nature Management and Agro-Industrial Complex of the Mejlis of the National Council of Turkmenistan, was attended by students of the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan.
During the lecture, Dr. Meredov Rejepgeldi, a member of the Committee on Environmental Protection, Nature Management and Agro-Industrial Complex of the Mejlis of the National Council of Turkmenistan, addressed a special presentation to the students. In his speech, he emphasized that our country attaches great importance to achieving the twice-recognized status of Permanent Neutrality and establishing diplomatic relations with many countries around the world, including water diplomacy, which is one of the most important areas of diplomacy. During the lecture, questions and answers were exchanged on the goals and objectives of the water legislation of Turkmenistan.
