A discussion session on the importance of decisions made at the Halk Maslahaty (People’s Council) of Turkmenistan
On October 20, 2025, a discussion session entitled “The Importance of Decisions Adopted at the Halk Maslahaty (People’s Council) of Turkmenistan” was held at the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan, organized by the Department of Social Sciences. The professors, teachers and students of the institute attended it. The session was conducted by Guljakhan Amanberdiyeva, instructor at the Department of Social Sciences.
During the discussion, the speakers spoke extensively about the significance of the political and socio-economic reforms that our country has been undergoing since its independence, and the role of the People’s Council in the economic and spiritual revival of the people.
The discussion session was held in high spirits, and its participants emphasized that the initiatives put forward at the Halk Maslahaty (People’s Council) will give a great impetus to our country’s achievement of new heights on the path of peace, development, and prosperity.
