CONFERENCE ENTITLED “THE HALK MASLAHATY OF TURKMENISTAN AND THE DEVELOPMENT OF TURKMEN SOCIETY” WAS HELD
On September 5, 2025, a conference entitled “The Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan and the Development of Turkmen Society” was held at the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan with the aim of explaining the significance of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan. Professors and students of the institute participated in the event.
Senior Lecturer of the Department of International Law and Comparative Jurisprudence of the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of foreign affairs of Turkmenistan, Merjen Gurbanazarova; Senior Lecturer of the Department of International Relations and Diplomacy, Perhat Charyyev; and Lecturer of the Department of World Languages, Enejan Orazmuradova made speeches in it.
During the conference, the Resolution of the Presidium of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan, adopted on August 20, 2025, regarding the convocation of the Halk Maslahaty, the formation of an organizational group, and the issues of conducting the meeting at a high level were thoroughly discussed. The participants also emphasized the historical importance of holding the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan.
