A CONFERENCE TITLED “THE HALK MASLAKHATY OF TURKMENISTAN AND LEGISLATIVE-LEGAL SYSTEMS” WAS HELD
On September 10, 2025, a conference titled “ The Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan and Legislative-Legal Systems” was held at the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan. Teachers and students of the institute actively participated in it.
At the conference, Durli Ballyeva, senior lecturer of the Department of International Law and Comparative Law Studies, and Aygozel Bayramova, lecturer of the Department of International Relations and Diplomacy made detailed presentations. As highlighted in the speeches of the participants, the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan is the highest representative body of people’s power in the country, and the decisions and resolutions adopted there affect every individual, inspiring and uplifting their spirit. The speakers also emphasized the importance of the Constitutional Law on the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan.
At the end of the conference, the participants expressed their gratitude to Hero Arkadag and Arkadagly Hero Serdar for their generous support and for creating a platform that provided such valuable opportunities.
