Advocacy meeting
On December 1, 2021, an advocacy meeting was held at the conference hall of the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan. It was organized by the Ministry of Education of Turkmenistan, with the participation of representatives of the Ashgabat City Committee of the Democratic Party of Turkmenistan, the Halk Maslahaty and the Mejlis of Milli Gengesh of Turkmenistan, the General Prosecutor’s Office of Turkmenistan, the State Migration Service of Turkmenistan, the Supreme Court of Turkmenistan, the Ministry of National Security of Turkmenistan, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Turkmenistan, representatives of the Central Council of the Youth Organization named after Magtymguly, the National Center of Trade Unions of Turkmenistan and the National Red Crescent Society. The meeting was aimed at a comprehensive explanation of the valuable instructions of the esteemed President, addressed to the youth, in particular, to students, as well as disclosing the essence of the activities being implemented, the opportunities and benefits created under the leadership of the National Leader to educate a spiritually rich, physically healthy generation with a broad outlook, to gain knowledge taking into account the advanced world experience and to disclose their creative and scientific potential.
At the meeting, the speakers touched upon such topics as maintaining discipline among young people, civic responsibility, family relations, principles of a healthy lifestyle and morality. During the event, the content of the instructions of the Hero-Arkadag, as well as the essence of the activities carried out in these areas under the leadership of the esteemed President were explained to the students.
A wide range of issues were discussed at the meeting, such as important tasks arising from the State Program in the field of state youth policy of Turkmenistan for 2021-2025, approved by the Decree of the esteemed President, and the Action Plan for the implementation of this program; reforms carried out by our esteemed Arkadag in the field of building a healthy society, the prevention of delinquency in our country, the importance of educational work carried out with students, the importance of fostering patriotism in the younger generation, fostering outstanding qualities such as honesty, conscientiousness, diligence, humanity, as well as strengthening spiritual, moral and family values; observance of the rules of behavior of young people in public places, prevention of violations on the roads of our country; the observance of traffic rules, refraining from bad habits, following the traditions and national principles of our ancestors, as well as using the Internet for educational purposes. The importance of the wonderful books of our esteemed Arkadag in the upbringing of a worthy young generation was also emphasized.
At the end of the event, the participants expressed their gratitude to the esteemed President for the activities carried out for the social and economic development of our Motherland and for the ongoing reforms aimed at educating and spiritually developed younger generation.
