The Meeting between the higher Educational Institutions of Turkmenistan and Russia
On March 25, 2021, a training lecture was held via video-communication between the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan and the Ogarev Mordovia State University with the participation of the heads, professor-lecturers and diplomats of both countries.
At the meeting which held at the level of heads of higher educational institution, were discussed the relationship established between the scientific and educational institutions of the two countries and the prospects of expanding their scope. Within the framework of the meeting, training sessions entitled “Peace Culture” and “Trade and Economic Cooperation between Turkmenistan and Russian Federation” were organized. During the meeting, it was highlighted that Neutrality of Turkmenistan became the mainstay of establishing regional and international cooperation, as well as strenghening peace and mutual trust. Along with that, the importance of the implementation of international project in the field of sustainable development and achieving well-being of the Turkmen Neutrality in the region was emphasized.
