Turkmen-Tatarstan business forum was held in Ashgabat
On March 15, 2023, a business conference titled "Trade, economic and investment opportunities of Turkmenistan and the Republic of Tatarstan: cooperation in the fields of industry, energy, agriculture and transport" was held at the “Yyldyz” Hotel in our capital, Ashgabat. The event was attended by representatives of state structures that are part of the joint Turkmen-Tatarstan working group on trade, economic, scientific, technical and cultural cooperation, industry departments, as well as heads of a number of domestic and Tatarstan companies operating in various industries. Turkmen-Tatarstan business forum will give strong impulse to the bilateral cooperation, create new opportunities for strengthening and developing political-diplomatic, trade-economic and cultural-humanitarian ties. Representatives of relevant ministries, departments and companies of the Republic of Tatarstan and Turkmenistan spoke during the business conference. During the speeches, it was emphasized the importance of cooperation between the two countries in various fields today and the initiatives to be established in the future. During the forum, a deep exchange of views took place on the current state and priorities of further fruitful cooperation, which has great prospects, taking into account the existing interest, supported by an impressive potential and extensive experience of multiyear joint work in the implementation of a number of large-scale projects.
Students of the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan also took part in it.
We believe that this business forum will give a powerful impetus to the development of bilateral cooperation in the future.
