A trip to the National Museum of Turkmen carpet has been organized
On January 26, 2023, a trip to the National Museum of Turkmen Carpet has been organized with the participation of students of the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan. During the trip, the students explored the history of the weaving of unique, ancient Turkmen carpets, the origin of national patterns, and the distinctive features of carpet ornaments. The Museum has about 2,000 exhibits of carpets that are distinguished by their elegance, weaving characteristics, and the history of their creation. Among those carpets, there is also a beautiful carpet depicting various sports of the 5th Asian Indoor and Martial Arts Games held in our country in 2017.
The organization of such trips are very important in preserving the national values of Turkmen women, fostering the love for our nation and passing them on to our future generations.
