OUR STUDENTS – OUR PRIDE
On April 29, the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan hosted presentations by students who porticipated in international competitions. The presentations were given by 4th-year student of the Faculty of International Economic Relations, Resul Gylyjov, who took part in the second meeting of the Youth Dialogue of Central Asian States at the UN headquarters in New York on April 16, as well as 3rd-year students of the Faculty of International Law Intizar Taganiyazova, Begmuhammet Atayev, and 4th-year student Yusup Karatayev, who took part in the International Competition on Humanitarian Law named after F.F. Martens — held in the Russian Federation and organized by the International Committee of the Red Cross from April 21 to 25.
In their speeches, they spoke about current youth initiatives, the development of a culture of peace, strengthening trust, as well as deepening knowledge in the field of international law and how international humanitarian law is implemented in practice. Participation in such competitions and forums makes a significant contribution to the further development of international cooperation of our country.
We sincerely wish the young participants continued success in competitions and many more victories!
