AN AWARDING CEREMONY WAS HELD
On December 16, 2025, an awarding ceremony was held in the Conference Hall of the Turkmenbashy Center for Free Creativity. The ceremony was dedicated to the winners of a creative competition titled “Neutrality Policy – the Basis for Strengthening Peace and Security and Achieving the Sustainable Development Goals.” The event was jointly organized by the State Publishing Service of Turkmenistan and the “Neutral Turkmenistan” newspaper to commemorate the 30th anniversary of the newspaper’s establishment.
In honor of the 30th anniversary of our glorious Permanent Neutrality, authors, poets, and representatives of creative professions from across the country participated in the competition, which aimed to present work of talented individuals to the public. According to the results of the competition, the organizers awarded the winners with souvenirs.
At the conclusion of the ceremony, the winners expressed their gratitude to the National Leader of the Turkmen people, Hero Arkadag, and Arkadagly Hero Serdar for their great efforts in ensuring a happy life and favorable conditions for creative work for the people of Turkmenistan.
