A WEBINAR WAS HELD THROUGH THE DIGITAL SYSTEM
On October 17, 2025, a webinar titled "Neutrality — the Solid Foundation of Peace" was held at the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan. Professors, teachers, and students from higher and secondary vocational education institutions of the country participated in the event.
During the webinar, Baba Saryyev, Candidate of Philological Sciences, Senior Lecturer at the Department of Theory and Practice of Journalism of the Institute, delivered a speech. In his presentation, he elaborated on the unique aspects of Turkmenistan's permanent neutrality, its role in promoting peace, security, and sustainable development around the world, and the peaceful foreign policy pursued by the state.
Such regular webinars make a significant contribution to the development of students’ political awareness and the enhancement of their additional educational skills.
