The webinar was conducted through a digital system.
On March 26, 2025 a webinar was held at the Institute of International
Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan dedicated to the 30 th
anniversary of Turkmenistan’s permanent neutrality and the declaration of 2025 by
the United Nations General Assembly as the “Year of International Peace and
Trust”. Shohrat Diwanguliyev, a senior lecturer at the Department of World
Languages, Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs
of Turkmenistan, candidate of philological sciences, spoke at this webinar, which
was held in accordance with the Concept of Turkmenistan's activities and
directions during the International Year of Peace and Trust.
The webinar was dedicated to the topic “Enhancing mutual understanding and
effective cooperation between States and peoples in the International Year of Peace
and Trust”.The students and lecturers from higher and secondary vocational
educational institutions attended the webinar, which addressed “Enhancing mutual
understanding and effective cooperation between States and peoples in the
International Year of Peace and Trust” through a digital system.
During the lesson, a senior lecturer spoke about the policy of permanent
Neutrality pursued by Turkmenistan in international relations and its current role in
expanding international cooperation to ensure peace, security and sustainable
development, as well as about the positive experiences gained over the past
historical period of the peaceful foreign policy chosen by our country.
The lesson, led by a senior lecturer, helped students who will work in
various sectors of our country, including diplomacy, to enhance their knowledge in
this area.
